How do I return my item?

- Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return/exchange.
- Pack your item(s) securely to avoid damage in transit.
- once the return request is approved you will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of receipt of your shipment but your goods must be returned;

- In a full resaleable condition
- The packaging is undamaged

Are there any charges for returns?
- You are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
- Original postage costs are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s).
- We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied by the original method of payment, within 10 working days.
