At Wags Empawrium our delivery service aims to ensure the swift and safe shipment of your purchases, to the postal address specified in your order. 

Wags Empawrium makes all reasonable care to ensure orders are delivered to the address given. However, we cannot be liable for a failed delivery when it occurs because of incorrectly entered address data. 

Please also check that your shipping address is correct when ordering, as once the order has been placed, we cannot amend this and the parcel will go to the address provided at checkout.

If a product becomes out of stock after an order has been placed due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, the customer will be notified by email.

Wags Empawrium delivers to any destination in the UK. We aim to dispatch all orders from our warehouse within 2-3 working days.

Wags Empawrium endeavours to dispatch all products within the period shown. If for any reason there is a delay in the dispatch, Wags Empawrium will notify the customer by email as soon as possible.

Standard Delivery: On all orders under £50 and weighing under 2kg

Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.99

Free Standard Delivery: On all orders over £50 (excluding dog beds)

Heavy items over 2kg: all our luxury dog beds or orders with high quantities are subject to additional delivery fees. (shipping fees will be calculated at checkout)  

Please note, Wags Empawrium does not accept any liability for any postal delays, and cannot be held responsible for delivery at any set time on a particular day. 

We understand this can be frustrating to wait longer than expected, but please allow at least 10 working days before you contact us. 

Customers should allow for one additional day (Bank Holidays) and deliveries to off-shore islands, or the Scottish Highlands.  

We apologise but cannot process any orders to a PO Box address.
